They have friendly staff who are so nice when you book appointment as well as when they come to clean the carpet. In addition, I have pets at home and their pet treatment does wonders! I reached out to them to see about getting our sectional cleaned and he quickly got me scheduled within that same week . Having toddlers at home, Our couch had multiple water stains/rings from accidental spills and Sam did an exceptional job and our couches look brand new ! I recently reached out again to have him come clean our couches again as well as our upholstered dining room table chairs and just like before , looks brand new .
